CREATE - Customer Alert

Create a 'Alert Us' Feature. Great for informing about low stock, something not working, etc.

This will appear at the top of the page. This will appear at the top. Be to the point and descriptive!
Let the person know how they can help. Tell them exactly what to do and what you'll do. Something need re-stocking? Something not working? Paper towels all gone? Need to order more?
Use your own button text. Examples: "Click To Alert Us", "Alert Us", "CLICK TO FINISH"
You can show just a button for them to click, or, a feedback textarea and a button so they can give you more info regarding the alert.
After the user presses the submit button, the message you input here will appear as a thank you message.
