CREATE - Basic Restock Request Form

This will appear at the top of the page and on alert emails. This will appear at the top. Be to the point and descriptive! Example: Restock Cart B001, Restock Pink Gloves @ Bay 411, Ink Running Low on Printer A001

Let the person know how they can help. Tell them exactly what to do and what you'll do. Something need re-stocking? Paper towels all gone? Need to order more?

Use your own button text. Examples: "Send Restocking Request", "SEND", "SEND RESTOCK REQUEST"

You can show just a button for them to click, or, a feedback textarea and a button so they can give you more info regarding the restocking request. For example, they could need multiple items, or just one.

After the user presses the submit button, the message you input here will appear as a thank you message.
